In the last term of first year, I made my first-ever menswear garment: a pair of late 19th-century Oklahoma!-inspired trousers. It taught me essential skills like making pockets and different types of flies — zip, closed button, and open button. This project really expanded my knowledge and confidence in tailoring menswear.
